Fake Informations About Our Company

Weekly testing in accordance with Lebensmittel hygiene standards has been consistently carried out in at our production for the past seven years. Throughout this period, all results have been satisfactory, reflecting our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of food safety and hygiene.

During one of our weekly inspection on 2nd Feb 2026, there was a brown area in the cover of the stone grinding machine(outside the product contact area), which was consider as sign of rust. A possible risk of contamination was raised by the inspector and for the safety of the consumers these batters were drained. The machines of concerns were sent to reworked. The production was approved to be continued with the rest of the stone grinding machines. In subsequent week inspection, the reworked were approved for production. The problem has been resolved completely and has been confirmed in the weekly Inspection.

Using this issue, there has been fake news about our company that it has been closed or unhygienic conditions. We strongly condemn those activities. Appropriate law suit has been initiated  behind the group involved.

Die Meinung ändert sich mit dem Kontrolleur“

Der Inhaber von Garam Foods hält die Beanstandung der Kontrolleure überzogen. „Es gab keine Begründung für die Mängel“, sagt er gegenüber der Redaktion. Die Beurteilung sei lediglich optisch erfolgt. „Wir schicken alle zwei Wochen Teigproben ins Labor, um diese auf Verunreinigung zu überprüfen“, erklärt er. Zudem ändere sich die Meinung zur Produktion mit jedem neuen Kontrolleur, und der Betriebsprozess müsse jedes Mal neu angepasst werden.

In subsequent week inspection, the reworked were approved for production. The problem has been resolved completely and has been confirmed in the weekly Inspection.

02.02.2026 – Week Inspection Update
